I am a current student of a holistic science called Ayurveda and also an active intern with my learning institution. The goal is to attain full licensing to practice holistic science as an Ayurvedic doctor. VedaTi is one of my expressions of the love I have for holistic living; Tea. I enjoy tea and its benefits ranging from relaxation and health to enjoying a cup or two with a close friend. The ritual of drinking tea has always made me feel grounded and beautiful, responsible and energized. My hope is that we can share the experience together through VedaTi.
